IMPARTIALITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY DECLARATION

IFC GLOBAL;
-    It shall act in a way to give importance to impartiality and confidentiality in the conformity assessment services it performs,
-    It will provide all necessary resources to ensure that conformity assessment services are conducted in the best way possible, that our clients are continuously satisfied and that complaints are kept to a minimum,
-    It shall not discriminate against client organizations that apply to it for conformity assessment services in any way, either covertly or directly, by speeding up or slowing down implementation, and shall ensure that conformity assessment services are accessible to all applicants,
-    Access to conformity assessment services shall not depend on the scale of the client or membership of any association or group, or the number of services provided, and shall not make excessive demands, financial or otherwise,
-    During the receipt of conformity assessment applications, services will not be provided to these client organizations if there is any situation that may cause a conflict of interest,
-    In the event that a conflict of interest arises in the context of social compliance services, where there is any situation that may, in fact or appearance, create an incentive to report anything other than the true and accurate facts gathered in the course of such services, IFC GLOBAL and its staff will avoid such conflicts of interest to maintain the integrity and impartiality of all reports and decisions.
-    In the conduct of its activities, it shall ensure that its employees are free from all forms of political, commercial and financial pressure.
All personnel involved in conformity assessment activities shall make their decisions without being influenced by any person or organization.
In its conformity assessment activities, IFC GLOBAL treats the parties objectively and has identified the necessary safeguards for situations that may give rise to conflicts of interest and approaches to eliminate or mitigate hazards.
Within the scope of conformity assessment activities, IFC GLOBAL has taken out professional liability insurance against damages or risks that may arise against third parties.
IFC GLOBAL;
-    The products for which conformity assessment is conducted will not perform design, application, operation or maintenance activities,
-    Not offer or provide consulting services to its clients,
-    Not offer or provide management system consulting or internal audit services or in-house training to its clients
